SEED ORDER FORM
Seed orders can be placed via email, fax or mail. Please note:
Minimum order
There is a minimum amount of seed that can be purchased per species and this ranges from 1, 5, 10, 20 and 100 grams based on the value of the seed.
Handling Fee
A handling fee of $15.00 will be subjected to orders of less than $25.00 (not inclusive of postage) Payment
- Orders of $500.00 or less must include payment before dispatch
- Payment may be made by personal cheque, credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Bankcard) or money order.
- Cheques and money orders are to made payable to the 'Forest Products Commission'.
- Personal visitors may pay in cash.
Ordering
To place an order, complete the attached Seed Order Form (225KB PDF), and for genetic improved seed a Non Propagation Form must also be completed (included as part of the seed order form).

On receipt of your order, confirmation will be provided and you will be advised of any associated postage and/or quarantine costs.
