Stumpage schedules

Stumpage schedules list the standard gross stumpages charged by the Forest Products Commission for the different species and grades of forest products supplied by us in Western Australia.

'Stumpage' is the value or price of a forest product 'at the stump'. In the past, the term 'royalty' was often used.

'Gross stumpage' is the base or net stumpage with standard charges for roading, administration and in-forest harvesting management included.

Buyers of forest products pay gross stumpage plus the cost of harvesting and delivery of forest products to their mill or factory door.
